Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC), which is the financial branch of Nissan Motor Corporation, needed to bring customer engagement and retention up to speed with a better user experience through its website and print collateral.
By partnering and working with QMobius, the brand marketing agency that was working with NMAC directly, we developed a comprehensive design system for the NMAC brand that reinforces the corporate Nissan brand.
What we did was a comprehensive design system that adhered to the corporate Nissan brand standards while giving NMAC its own look-and-feel. The proposed design system spans across the entire digital and print collateral experience such as the financial website (home page design and customer account interface), financial statement, welcome letter, promotional mailer, and End-of-Lease website.
Although the work was never implemented publicly, it was a well designed system that helped reinforce the Nissan corporate brand by the way it comes across through the various digital and print brand touch points.
