Bronson Ma

BRAND CREATIVE OFFICER

With more than 30 years of experience across a wide range of industries, Bronson brings a deep understanding of strategic branding and how to build brands that are both compelling and memorable. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organizations ranging from local to global brands, helping them strengthen positioning, elevate perception, and accelerate growth.

His work has been recognized by leading creative industry organizations, including the AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts), American Advertising Federation, Art Directors Club of Houston, and the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, along with numerous design publications.

Bronson earned a BFA in Communication Design from the University of North Texas, where he received the award for best design portfolio in his graduating class.

Wayne Geyer

BRAND CONTENT STRATEGIST

Wayne specializes in solving complex brand communication challenges. With more than 30 years of experience as a design strategist, educator, and consultant, he has developed a thoughtful approach that uncovers the essence of a client’s story and translates it into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with audiences.

With a background in design, Wayne describes his process as “designing with words.” His work is deeply user-focused and rooted in strategic thinking, allowing him to simplify complex ideas into messaging that is both meaningful and effective. While highly skilled at navigating brand strategy and communication, he admits anything requiring cat-like reflexes is not his strength.

Wayne holds a BFA in Communication Design from the University of North Texas and an MFA in Visual Communication from East Texas A&M University.

Chris Dickson

Digital Strategist & Web Developer

Chris is a digital strategist with both front-end and back-end web development expertise, a rare combination in today’s digital landscape. With more than 22 years of experience in XHTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery, he specializes in transforming strong visual design into high-performing websites that enhance user experience and drive lead generation.

His background includes serving as an IT administrator supporting the technical infrastructure of more than 2,000 users at a Fortune 500 company, as well as consulting for one of Texas’ top-50 home builders.

A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, he earned a BBA in Information Systems.
