CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

With over 30 years of experience working with organizations in a variety of industries, Bronson knows how to apply his deep understanding of strategic branding, and bring brands to life that are compelling and memorable. Over the course of his career, he has worked with local to global brands in helping them accelerate revenue growth.

Bronson’s work has been recognized by various creative industry organizations such as The AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts), American Advertising Federation, The Art Directors Club of Houston, DSVC (Dallas Society of Visual Communications), and various design publications.

Bronson graduated from The University of North Texas with a BFA in Communication Design, and was awarded best design portfolio in his graduating class.

Wayne Geyer

CHIEF STRATEGIST

Wayne is a communication problem-solver. In his 31+ years working as a design strategist, copywriter, educator, workshop facilitator, and consultant, Wayne has developed an approach that gets to the essence of a client’s story – their reason for being – and then translates that kernel into simple, engaging messages.

Wayne’s background is in design, and he describes his process and methodology as “designing with words.” Speaking of methodology, Wayne is intensely user-focused and deliberate in his thinking and work. This makes him very good at figuring out complex brand messaging and pretty bad at anything involving cat-like reflexes.

Wayne has a BFA in Communication Design from UNT and an MFA in Visual Communication from Texas A&M–Commerce.

Chris Dickson

Chief Web Developer

As a front-end and back-end Developer, Chris is a rare find in the Web development space that posses both skills. With over 20 years of extensive experience in XHTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and jQuery, Chris knows how to take beautiful website designs and make them into functional websites that maximize user experience.

Aside from working as a Web Developer, Chris has also worked as an IT Administrator providing technical infrastructure support to over 2,000 users within a Fortune 500 company and as an IT consultant for a top 50 home builder in Texas.

Chris graduated from University of San Antonio with a BBA in Information Systems.
